What Happens After You Enquire With Me
Enquiring about a wedding filmmaker can feel like a bit of a leap.
You fill in a form, hit send, and then wonder what happens next. Will someone call you straight away? Will you get a follow-up every few days until you respond? Will it feel like you’ve accidentally walked into a sales process?
With me, none of that happens.
Here’s exactly what to expect.

You’ll hear from me quickly
Once your enquiry comes through, I’ll reply with a warm, personal response and send over my booklet.
The booklet covers everything in one place. Who I am, how I work, what a story-led film actually means, what’s included, and what it’s like to go through the whole process from first contact to finished film. It’s there so you can read through everything in your own time, without any pressure to respond.
No phone call out of nowhere. No immediate pitch. Just the information you need to make a decision that feels right for you.
One follow-up. That’s it.
If I haven’t heard back after a week, I’ll send one gentle follow-up to check whether you have any questions.
After that, I leave it with you completely.
I’m not going to chase. I’m not going to send reminder emails or create a sense of urgency that doesn’t really exist. If it’s the right fit, you’ll come back when you’re ready. If it isn’t, that’s absolutely fine too.
I feel strongly about this. As someone who finds persistent, pressured sales contact genuinely off-putting, I’d never want anyone to experience that when they reach out to me. The whole process is designed to feel calm and considered, because that’s how I’d want to be treated myself.
A conversation, if you’d like one
If the booklet resonates and you’d like to talk properly before deciding, the next step is a relaxed call.
It isn’t a sales call. We’ll just chat about your day, what you’re hoping for from a wedding film, and get a feel for whether working together feels right. For both of us.
There’s a whole separate blog about what that call is actually like, if you want to know more before booking one.
Or you can just ask to book
You don’t have to have a call if you’d rather not. Some couples read the booklet, feel like it’s a good fit and just want to go ahead. That’s completely fine. Just say so and we’ll take it from there.

No rush, no pressure
From the moment you enquire to the moment you decide, nothing about this process is designed to push you anywhere.
The right couples tend to know when something feels right. My job is simply to give you everything you need to make that decision clearly and calmly, then step back and let you do exactly that.
