Telling your story

Family history - my Dad's family are from Bristol and the Somerset area and I used to visit Bristol (and Bath) as a kid. Until recently I'd not been for a long long time, but got to film some weddings in Bristol and Somerset and wow, what a city, what a vibe! With some amazing venues for alternate and boho weddings such as Arnos Vale and the Paintworks to awesome farm/barn venues in Somerset and the Cotswolds. I am now in love with the area and hope to film many more weddings around Bristol and the South East (hint: book me haha!) so I can truly become a Bristol Wedding Videographer.

There are so many buzzwords thrown around regarding wedding videography style, so I’m just going to let you make up your own minds by checking out some of these awesome films.

Okay, I’ll drop a few in – relaxed, cinematic, modern, artistic, story-led while still holding that romantic tone.

But really you just want someone who gets you and will fit into your day (while also creating a cool film!). I want you to feel at ease with me being there and being on film. I want you to enjoy the day, enjoy your guests, laugh, cry and get confetti thrown at you! Not be posed for things and even in the most “posed” part of the day, the you and you time in the couple shoot, just be yourselves and take that time and those moments for you. The word authentic gets used – but that is exactly what I want your wedding film to be – an authentic retelling of your wedding day with the camera as a guest.
